  • Warehouses:  Ramp service license + multi tenant warehouse

  • Cargo Precinct: VISTA Cargo East – part of Pearson’s 318 k sq ft East campus

  • Freighter Ramp Handling:

    Main & lower deck loading for B747 8F/B777F/A330F with GSE staged <100 ft from warehouse doors; sub 60 min ULD turn time.

    CEIV & GDP Cool Chain:

    Access to >30,000 sq ft of temperature controlled space ( 20 °C, 2 8 °C, 15 25 °C) within the VISTA complex, supporting Ontario’s $58 B life sciences sector.

  • E Commerce & Section 321 De Consolidation:

    Barcode sortation and bonded cross dock for U.S. bound returns and Canadian inward clearance.

    Ontario Québec RFS Network:

    Overnight bonded loops to YUL, YOW, YHM and trucking depots in Windsor, London & Kingston, giving same day reach to 70 % of Canada’s population.

  • Customs & CFIA Coordination:

    On site brokerage desk schedules CBSA and Food Inspection holds to minimize dwell and demurrage.
