The acquisition strengthens AGI’s position as a comprehensive, one-stop ground handling and cargo services partner, enhancing its ability to support airline, freight forwarder, and airport customers with expanded geographic coverage and integrated service offerings.

The integration of JetStream Ground Services enhances AGI Cargo’s ability to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions, particularly in secondary and high-growth markets where efficient ground and warehouse operations are critical to network performance.
